Photoframes using recycled paper

Photoframes made using recyled paper

By rolling A4 paper in the STIXX machine towards the long or short side gives you rods of different lengths. Using these in combination with three or four sides creates over ten different possible designs for the photo frames. The pupils working on their own choose the shape they like then make the components required. Using masking tape these are assembled. An A3 sheet is stuck over the frame to give the frames a front to stick the photo on. The pupils cut out a stand from a cardboard cereal packet and this is stuck on to the frame. The following day (if the teacher wishes) these can be decorated with Paper Mache or poster paint.
